Bronipra 1 is a live freeze-dried vaccine for the prevention of infectious bronchitis inbroilers and for the initial vaccination of replacement pullets and future breeders andmay be administered in the drinking water, by spray or by eye-drop methodCOMPOSITION:Live Attenuated Infectious Bronchitis Virus, Massachusetts type H120 strain.ADMINISTRATION:Eye drop:Once the content of the vial is resuspended with the diluent, a drop of this vaccine, should be given byeye drop using a suitable dropper.Hold fowl in such a way that a drop can be placed onto the surface of one of the eyes.Allow drop to spread across the surface of the eye and do not release the fowl until a swallowingmotion has been noted.Drinking water:Dissolve the tablet by lling half the bottle with the enclosed diluent, shake it and pour it into clean,cool, non-chlorinated fresh water.Add 2 g/l (0,2 %) skim milk powder for the stabilisation of the vaccine virus.Provide enough waterers so that at least two-thirds of the fowls may drink at one time.Wash waterers with fresh, clean, non-chlorinated water and DO NOT use any disinfectants. Let thewaterers drain dry.Turn off waterers so that the only available water is the vaccine medicated water (from ordinarywaterers).To stimulate thirst, withhold water for 1-2 hours, depending on ambient temperature beforevaccination.Mix the required number of doses of vaccine into an amount of water which the fowls will consume inapproximately 30 minutes to 1 hour
