It is indicated for treatment of endometritis.CompositionEach 50ml contains I g of povidone-iodine, equivalent to I 00mg of elemental iodine.Directions for usePrior lavage of the uterus is recommended: use a physiological saline solution. For post-partum endometritis infuse 50-100ml Povidone-Iodine Intra-Uterine Douche into the uterus using a sterile pipette. Allow the solution to remain in the uterus. Repeat if necessary after a few weeks.
